I noticed that when I start a the walk exercise on my Charge 2, the tiles are not live on the Android App. The heart on the heart rate tile was pulsing, but the heart rate it was showing was 70 even though that is not what the heart rate on my Charge 2 was showing. Also the steps, cals, and miles were not updating live on the app.
When I walk on my treadmill and start the treadmill exercise, all the tiles work properly. Steps, cals, miles and heart rate are all updating live.
Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello @SunsetRunner, nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and this behavior that you describe is usually because your tracker is not connected in live mode. Which refers when the tracker is connected in real time and is sending data constantly as it goes recording the exercise.
This might be related the Bluetooth connections is weak or was disconnected, so your tracker is not sending data in live mode. You can improve this by trying the following:
- Turn on the Always Connected option in the Fitbit app. This setting improves the Bluetooth connection between your phone and Fitbit device. Note that turning on this feature may cause the battery on your Fitbit device to drain more quickly than normal.
- Turn on All-Day Sync in the Fitbit app. This setting prompts your Fitbit device to periodically sync with the Fitbit app but may shorten battery life on your phone or Fitbit device.
See you around and hope this helps.

Thank you for the info. I have tried your suggestions, but they didn't work. Honestly, I'm not surprised. Mainly because I don't have to do any of those things when I chose the "Treadmilll" exercise.
