My tracker has not been able to sync since July 25th. I have followed all instructions. Nothing has been resolved. Ugh!

Was one of things you tried a restart of the tracker using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Tried suggestion. Still not synching. Takes the charge. ??? I Turned off Bluetooth. Powered phone off. Nothing!
