I have many devices and one of them is the Blaze. Surprisingly, the Blaze is the worest among them when it comes to syncing data between the mobile app (android) and the band. I even have a 10$ band that is much faster and smarter compared the the Blaze. The app is taking forever to sync with the band but everytime it fails. No notifications is delivered almost all the time. I have tried all the solutions mentioned in the forum. The problem is in your app and/or firmware. I have seen this problem happening to many of Blaze users in the forum. If you can't fix it, say it and let the code available for other developers who can make a better job.

Hello there @a.hamdi!
I'd like to take a closer look into the situation with your Fitbit Blaze. So that I can better determine what is going on, I'd like to ask you some questions.
- What device are you using to sync?
- Did this happen before or has it started recently?
- Are you getting any error message when you try to sync? If so, what does it say?
Look forward to your answers so that I can make sense of the syncing issue.

When you consider that nearly all the supported phones are no longer in production, it is no surprise to conclude that investment in development is some what limited. Im trying to buy a compatablr phone for the app but the choice is very limited. Nearly every phone now available is unsupported.
Fitbit are definatley not pro active on this, and the evidence would indicated they are far behind.

LG G3.

It happens since day 1 which is about a month ago now.

Sometimes can't find the tracker and most of the times just showing syncing for long period.
And to save sometime, I have considered all solutions mentioned in this forum including turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting the phone, reseting the tracker, restarting both in some specific orders, putting both very close to each other, etc. Nothing is working!

Having the same issue with my LG G3. It gets to the point of connecting, then stays there without actually connecting. Hoping someone has a solution.

Hello there @a.hamdi, @Proton! Welcome to the Community @emman65!
@a.hamdi, @emman65,do you have any other Bluetooth devices connected to your phone? It is possible that other Bluetooth connections could be interferring with the tracker's connection.
If that is not the case, let's try to restart the full connection. To do that, do into the Bluetooth settings of your G3 and look for your tracker. Delete the tracker from the list of paired devices. After doing that, try to run the setup as if it was a replacement device. To do that, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
After the setup, the tracker should start syncing normally again.
Please let me know how it goes!

Tracker will absolutely sync if you follow these steps:
If still issue exits go to LG G3 Manual.
