For the past 5 days, my steps show as zero and it says no sleep has been logged on my app. I keep refreshing it but nothing changes. I even tried shutting down my fittbit blaze. What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your mobile phone? That did the trick for me when it wouldn't sync.
