Tracker won't update. Fitbit bluetooth service is busy.

Anyone else getting this message when you try to update the tracker app? I've tried for several days, and it can't really be that busy...

I've been getting the same notifications. Now my fitbit screen is black and it feels like it's throbbing when I hold it. Yesterday the time was off a bit and I noticed it hasn't updated since 7-16. Please help.😪

I've been having this problem for over a month now. I called Fitbit twice and they tell me the problem is being looked into. Something to do with Androids phone. Last update on mine was June 21st. So fustrating...
