Just got the versa. However my sleep insights aren't working. Nor is anything sleep related unless I do it manually. I've tried shutting Bluetooth off and on, force closing app and restarting and reinstalling app ... Nothing!! Can someone help?!

It is possible that your Fitbit hasn't been able to get a good read on your behaviors while you sleep. I'd recommend reading through this article as it talks about what could be going on and how to improve the tracking. It should definitely help out in getting the sleep information tracked.

Best AnswerI have had Versa since one month and have got sleep insights only once. All sleeping-stages are shown so there’s no problem with the reading. So I need advices too to get it shown. (And of course, I’ve chosen the option “show sleeping insights”.)

My first suggestion would be to try and turn insights off and then on again. That should work in case something was not set up correctly. Please give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

Best AnswerOk, thanks for support. I’ve done the instructions but insights doesn’t work anyways. I also turned off the phone in between, still no insights. How about the language? As I remember, all texts were in English, and now in Swedish (and I didn’t change.)

Thanks for giving that a shot. I'd say that you try changing the language and let me know what happens. I'd also suggest that you try to give it some time so that more sleep instances are recorded and maybe insights will begin to be more frequent once there is more information.

Best AnswerHi, I have the same issues with the sleep insights not updating since the first. My sleep has been recorded every night for the past 3 weeks. I’ve tried resetting my Charge 3 and also uninstalling/installing the app. Have also turned off/on the sleep insight option. Nothing seems to work.
