I have a galaxy s9 and the charge 3. It hasn't been able to sync up for the past 28 hours. I have restarted my Fitbit several times, disconnected from bluetooth and reinstalled the app. Currently, my bluetooth isn't able to recognize the device.
I might add that last night I was able see my activity via the app, but it did not count "active minutes."

Best AnswerI have done all of the above countless times...still spends time "searching for device" then does not sync. Last update was text notification issues...this one sync/bluetooth issues...so frustrating!!
