I have a galaxy s9 and the charge 3. It hasn't been able to sync up for the past 28 hours. I have restarted my Fitbit several times, disconnected from bluetooth and reinstalled the app. Currently, my bluetooth isn't able to recognize the device.
I might add that last night I was able see my activity via the app, but it did not count "active minutes."

A few more things to try:
- restart your phone
- "forget" the link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
And if it still won't sync after all that then it's probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have done all of the above countless times...still spends time "searching for device" then does not sync. Last update was text notification issues...this one sync/bluetooth issues...so frustrating!!
