Fitbit not syncing

I have a Samsung s7 phone.  The other day my fitbit stopped syncing with my phone and will no longer pair with my phone.  I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing works! Totally frustrated

I contacted Customer service.   After about an hour, we were able to sync my fitbit.  It is now working fine.  Thanks!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
