Opening Expanded View of Weight Chart takes too long

When I view my expanded weight chart it takes 2 mins to load up.

It wasn't like this before.

Hello @Taresin thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Seems odd that the weight chart is taking so long to load up. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're using to sync your Fitbit device? When was the first time you experienced this and this occurs each time you try to check your expanded weight chart? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version of your phone is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Try again
