Syncing difficulties after Fitbit app update

My mobile device says device not located whenever I am trying to sync since the last successful sync and firmware update on I guess 18-7-19

Hello @Santoshk thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Seems odd that you're unable to sync your Charge 3 as the way we designed it. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using to try the syncing process? Also, how many times you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
