Tracking the walk doesn't work

I bought recently Charge 2 device and tried several times to map my walk using tracking option in the app. Worked only one time couple of days ago. Every time I try to map it after finishing I see both map and path I walked. I tap "back" button and there's neither map nor activity I've just done. Then after few minutes activity appears in the application but the map is gone. My wife uses iOS application and she doesn't experience such issues. It's a bit disappointing that such useful feature doesn't seem to be working right.

Today I experienced the same issue on Android phone. I walked, saw a map after clicking Finish and then it's gone. No map at all, neither in my mobile nor desktop dashboard. On the other hand, my wife was walking with me and used iOS app and her map has been stored. Just a few days ago my phone mapped and stored my walk with no problem.

Edit: just walked and mapped again. After finishing map showed up and when I clicked back it is nowhere to be found 😞

@SunsetRunner, it would appear that you are using the Pause & Resume option on the app MobileRun feature. There is a known problem that if you use the Pause & Resume option the map will not be saved after the activity is finished. Fitbit is working on this problem, but I haven't seen anything on how soon it will be corrected. Meanwhile, if you use the Android MobileRun feature, do not use the Pause & Resume - just wait until the end of the walk and then do a Pause & Finish. It will then save your activity.
