Trainings disappearing from Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have the Fitbit Versa 2 and an ios device. The app recognizes most of my work outs, but sometimes when i add a work out via the app, it seems the delete my data (the work out i just put in).

for example, i went for a walk this afternoon and it smart tracked my 30 min walk.

Once i got home, i did some weights, which i added (weight for an hr) data came up that it was able to measure my performance, heart rate and all. But when i went to my work out log, it was deleted immediately.

is there any way to resolve this issue?

this has happened a few times, im not too sure if it’ll pop up later, but im just confused because i would like to keep track of my progress.

thank you in advance!

@Krish_s Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the activity log on the Fitbit app and the fact that training entries have been disappearing. That I find very odd. Question. Did the automatically detected walk disappear as well or just the weight training you logged? Have you already checked in the Fitbit.com website, if the training log is missing those activities as well? That way we can see if that is an overall issue or just on the Fitbit app.

Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Head to the Play Store and look for Fitbit. If an update is pending, please proceed with it and check your training log afterwards. Thanks in advance.

I've already clicked "Affects me too." on @Krish_s 's post, but to elaborate. I have an Inspire 2 (I think, got it a couple of years ago) and an Android phone. If I manually enter a workout on the Android app and then sync it, the workout vanishes. If I don't want to lose a manually entered workout, I have to enter it from my laptop. Thus far, I've been using my web browser (Firefox). I haven't tested it with the Microsoft app.
