My data will not transfer over from my wristband to my Android cell phone. Any suggestions how to make it work?

Has it worked before and has now stopped or has it never worked?

 

If it has worked before then I'd suggest restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work.
