Trophies Locked

Does anyone know why my trophies are locked?  It seems like a long time ago they were working but they have been greyed out and locked for months now.  Is this a glitch or is there a setting that I am missing.  I am disappointed that I cannot actively compete with my friends.

This has been an on going issue for over three years!! Looking back at past threads while trying to find a solution for the same problem, there is one that goes back as far as early 2016!! All fitbit keep saying it "we are trying to fix this issue"....  still almost four years on and still no bloody fix!! Its a joke and really deters me from upgrading my fit bit or reccomending my family and friends to fitbit if this is what their customer service is like. Surly if they were "working on it" as they say, it should of been fixed by now?

I'm a new FitBit user, having issues with my app not unlocking any trophies no matter what I do during the day. Looking through forums here, this has been an issue since at least 2016 with no one getting this fixed. How is this not at the top of the developers

bug fixes?

Are they also locked on the web?
