Can't use Versa and Charge 2 together with Xiaomi Note 5

I have two devices, versa and charge 2 , but i cant use both devices on my xiaomi note 5 , they don´t work together , i have to unistall each other to work and i bougt the charge 2 because it hat gps for run and sports and versa for work day, 

Both are installed on the fitbit app, but it is not possible to receive massages on both, it onlu Works on one , to receive on the other it is necessary to unintall one of them.

Hi, @Leonardopavani , the Charge 2 and Versa both use Fitbit’s “connected GPS” which means neither has a built in GPS chip and both rely on the GPS on your phone.  They are also fully compatible with each other and you would not get a message indicating you have to uninstall one in order to use the other.

If you are getting the message that you need to uninstall one in order to use the other I am guessing that you have either a Charge 3 or a Charge 4.  However, like the Versa, the  Charge 3 does not have a built in GPS chip, so if the only reason you want to switch between the two, is to create a map for your outdoor activity, then there is no need - either one will create a map using your phone’s GPS.

However, if you have purchased the new Charge 4, which does have a built in GPS chip, then I can understand your reason for wanting to switch off between the two.  I would like to do that too!

Unfortunately this is not currently possible, and is unrelated to which phone you use.  You cannot currently have both devices on the same Fitbit account, and you must uninstall one and reinstall the other each time you want to switch.  My understanding is that Fitbit is working on a solution, but there is no timescale available for when it might be implemented.

If this does not address your issue, please post again letting us know what is your reason for wanting to use both devices (and confirming which versi9n of the Charge you own).  There is always someone here to help, but I should add that I am unable to read your full original post as it has appeared inside a truncated text box.

@Leonardopavani as I mentioned early the Charge 2 and the Versa are compatible and able to work together so you should not have to uninstall one to use the other. Also the Charge 2 does not have GPS.  My guess is you have a different fitbit (could it be a Charge 4)?

But unless you give us more information I am afraid that I can’t help further.

Maybe it would be useful for you to send us a picture of your Fitbits?
