Trophy items are grayed out

Fitbit newbie here (started late December 2019) using a Charge 2 paired to an Android (Galaxy S9+) phone.

Have been earning (and getting) Badges along the way, but all the 'trophy' options are still grayed out, including ones that I should have achieved - e.g., hit all goals n+ days in a row - Workweek Hustle (5) and Weekend Warrior (2).

 

Have tried logging out and logging back on, as others have suggested.

 

Appreciate any advice on how to get trophies activated.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're unable to see trophy items. To better assist you with this, can you please send me a screenshot of the section that's grayed out? Please refer to this post for step-by-step instructions of how to attach an image into your post. In the meantime I receive your answer, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
