My charge 3 is not syncing at all with my fitbit app. Bluetooth is enabled. I had this issue a little bit with my charge 2. But my charge 3 has gotten to the point of being unusable. I have a samsung galaxy 7 and my charge 3 doesnt sync up for tracking activities with the GPS and wont even sync to update my steps or any thing else. It's basically become unusable. A month or so ago I got it to work by uninstalling the app, removing the charge 3 from my phone and reinstalling/re-pairing everything. But that is just not a liveable solution if I have to this every month. I'd rather just get a watch that actually works with the app on my phone. Any other solutions I should try first?

Hi @Joemoles, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to apologize with you for the delay in responding your post, your patience troubleshooting this situation before posting is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please specify which Samsung phone are you using? Are you using the Galaxy S7, A7 or Note 7? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
