I have have trouble syncing my charge 2 and my zip to the fitbit app. Both devices are paired using the same account. The app is installed on a Samsung Galaxy S5 neo with android version 6.0.1 running on it.

Hello @silverstone86, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I saw your post about having issues syncing both of your trackers.
I'm wondering what is the issue in specific or is just you are not able to sync in general your trackers?
