I'm having trouble syncing my fit bit blaze. I've reset and shutdown my fitbit, I've turned Bluetooth off and on, logged the app off and on, uninstalled and installed the app again. None of its working. The last time I could sync was almost 2 days ago.
Any other suggestions to get my fit it to sync?

Hi Kelly,
i dont have a solution, however it seems that the software on your mobile device seems in order, possibly a hardware issue, did you check if the light at the base is flashing? I had this happen to me before and I shut down and recharged overnight and it was sorted by the morning, sorry I can’t be of much more help.

HI Ducati,
With the light on the base are you talking about the heart rte tracker? It's still working fine. I'll charge it for a while and see if that helps. Thanks.

Yep Kelly, that’s what I meant. Probably needs to go back to the retailer for an exchange .
