I am having trouble setting up my call notification. Can't seem to find the tracker tab

@Andyccim Welcome to the Fitbit Community! The tracker tile is the first tile you see on the top of the app's dashboard, the one showing the picture of your tracker. You need to tap it, and a list of your paired devices will appear. Tap on "Charge" again and you will have the call notifications option for you to set up. I left a picture showing how this looks on the app.
