Trouble with my charge 3 Fitbit

I called customer support because my Fitbit charge 3 will not connect to Bluetooth it stay on the screen for set up every time I try to do it it will blink on and playing off but never connect customer support was terrible they took me through all these hoops and I didn't get any result they claimed that my phone which is a Samsung Galaxy 8 Note does not support Fitbit which I've been using Fitbit with all my Samsung phones just start having a problem with it so unpaired it and try to repair it to my Bluetooth and it didn't work I tried all day Saturday October 5th call customer support they claim it doesn't work with my phone I don't believe it cuz it was working fine before I just don't understand why they put you through so much after you spent all the money that you spend on these devices and don't give you any kind of support I'm going to stop by in this product because of this reason
