Hi Everyone
Ok so, I'm fairly tech savvy, even though I'm of mature years!! However, I have inadvertently deleted my Charge 2 from the Fitbit app and am trying to reinstate it, with no luck whatsoever. Could someone please point me in the right direction to solve this problem. I have tried using the Fitbit app to add another device but I am getting nowhere. Thanks Deecb

@Deecb, before trying to add the device back to you account, close the Fitbit app, open the phone's Settings->Bluetooth, select any/all Fitbit devices and Forget them. Then close the phone's Settings, re-open the Fitbit app, and use the Account->Set up a Device to add it back to the account. Let us know if that works.

No unfortunately this did not work. Searches for the Fitbit watch and cannot link it. Throws me be to another screen requesting I turn off BlueTooth and 2 other options neither work. Looking at the Fitbit website it also informs me there is no Fitbit paired! Any other help?
