Was working fine then screen went blank and now nothing. Was fully charged only yesterday morning.

Do you have a Charge 3? If so, this is a common problem that is usually fixed by one of the following:
- restart the fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
- change the clockface via the app. If this works then it's safe to change it back to what it was

Mine went black for the second time in 2 months. I had 43% charge left. I put mine on the charger, then pressed the side button for 8 to 10 seconds twice till I saw my smiley face on the screen. I have the Fitbit charge 3 too. Had it since October 2018.
