I'm trying to start exercise on my watch and it keeps telling me I have to unlock it on my phone and I don't understand what I'm supposed to do so I can

@Sbordelon What watch/tracker do you have? Do you have an Android or Apple device?

 

What exercise are you trying to start? I know my charge 4 only allows a handful of exercises on the tracker, which I have to setup using the app.

I have a Fitbit Versa 3. When I try to swipe in exercise it says I have to unlock with your phone.  Then when I go to phone it only says run. My watch use to gvie me choices of exercise
