Hello there @TraeCo, welcome aboard to our community. I use a Charge HR and I'm agree with you, it has been great. Note that the issues you have experiencing while you track your running with MobileRun. Note this is a bug that our team is addressing already. However, while this issue is resolved note that I have an Android device and this issue is not happening from my end. So I recommend to reboot your phone and reinstall the Fitbit app as a workaround, this might help you.
