Two different miles recorded

Please help me.

 

This may be an obvious one, but why is there two different miles recorded for the same walk?

I appreciate the information and screenshot that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please expand on your concern? Do you want to know why there are numbers on the route of your run exercise? Are the distance and the map not accurate?

Hi @RicardoFitbit ,

 

It was the two recorded miles, the one at the top says 4.74 miles and the one on the map shows 4.02, I wondered why they were different?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, which Android mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
