I am not a techy person, have tried all the basic sync things in the help pages (turning off and on, reinstalling, turning off and on bluetooth, deleting my charge from the appetc). I think the issue is the new location thing by Google. So, I turned on location settings with my phone. Still doesn't work. I have a Moto G. Can someone please explain to me step by step what I need to do to the locations to get this to work? Referring me to tech pages doesn't help, I'm not tech smart so I need APP for dummies version please. Have had 2 replied from custromer service and still can't sync.

Hello @JannyJane and welcome to our Fitbit community. It seems you have tried almost everything. However If you already contact support, I recommend to continue with them, I know sometimes can be frustrating all this techy information but don't worry about it. Note they have more tools to investigate this issue and offer you more options.
