I wonder if you can help. I was bought a Charge 4 for Christmas. I have been using it since then and it’s great. However, today I was unable to access certain areas on the App.
For example, I’m unable to log my daily intake of water, cannot review last night’s sleep stats and cannot see the details of the run I did this morning.
The issue isn’t with syncing - I’m simply just not able to access the above areas. I’ve turned my phone off and back on, turned off Bluetooth etc., but unfortunately this hasn’t worked.
Can anyone assist? Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

I am having similar issues with my Samsung s10. I have been experiencing this since Saturday evening. I am unable to load my profile information. I can see my picture from the Today menu but when I click to view all the info, I get a blank page. I have the most recent update on my android and the most recent update on my fitbit.
