my fitbit charge2 is assigned and connected to my phone.  Can I use the windows app to see my stats without connecting the charge2 device to my laptop because if I do it says there is a conflict?  How do I use the app to see my stats without connecting to the fitbit device?  Afterall it has my account details so what should I do to arrange this.  I have only just got connectivity restored to my phone after 18 months faffing around!  (thanks to spaceguns).

Hi @widevlad , yes you can use the Fitbit app on Windows 10 too. But be sure to turn Bluetooth off on your computer when you use the app on your computer. If I don't turn it off before starting the Fitbit app, it always gives me a lot of problems.
