I'm still not seeing the drop-down arrow for serving sizes in the custom food area @MaCrisGBFitbit.

Me too, in fact I did reinstalled the app, but now it seems that I cannot add anything else than what I already have added in the past. It’s like link with the server is down. Really user friendly … 🫠🫠🫠
I have a Samsung 24+. Unable to add custom foods. Additionally, Fitbit have not responded to the pictures on 2 items requesting they be added to the list of foods. How can they expedite this?

I agree! I've used the fitbit app for many years. Even convinced my husband to begin logging his food a couple of years ago and now the 'add custom food' WILL NOT WORK no matter what I try! So frustrating as i don't want to lose all of the historical sleep and health data in Fitbit app. 🤨

I did the uninstall again and it worked!! Perseverance won for me this time. 😊
