Unable to add friends in app

When I tap the add friends button, it kicks me back to the screen where I select my picture or completely out of the app. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

If necessary, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. Then, try to add your friends once again by following these instructions.
