I purchased two fitbit devices for my wife and for myself. We both using two one plus devices, now we are facing syncing issues and call lifting with our fitbit versa 2. Please make it compatible with these devices .
If any comments or guidance on this issue pls reply me

If your phone meets these requirements it means that it's compatible with the Fitbit app.
To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.
In addition, you can set up your Versa 2 as a replacement device:
- Tap the Today tab
, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
