My app won't let me change my calories burned goal. It tries to, but then an error message comes up that says "fitbit is down for maintenance " and it reverts back. HOWEVER.... I can log out of my account, and into my son's account and edit his, and it works. How is that even possible when I'm using the SAME phone, just different accounts.? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted... etc. Tried my phone and the online dashboard. Every time I DM them on Twitter they tell me that it's A known issue. Help. Thanks

Hi there @Karmlovich, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post about the error "Fitbit is down for maintenance" and I cannot tell for sure what is the reason why you are getting this error since our servers are working fine and we are not doing any maintenance at the moment.
Note that there are many external factors that can caused this issue. So to start with, I'm wondering which version of the Fitbit app are you running in your Android? there is a new version of the Fitbit app: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25. That might be of your help to resolved the issue you are experiencing to change your calorie goal.
To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:
Also make sure your phone is listed as compatible, since with not compatible devices the app can present some erratic behaviors like the one you are mentioning, however it doesn't meant your tracker won't work at all.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
