Unable to change step length

Hello, 

A little everywhere it is indicated to modify the length of the step to correct the problem of distance traveled which is not any more gone up in Fitbit ☹️.

I was told to follow this menu:

• In the Today tab, press Exercise days.
• Press Menu Activity settings, then Stride length.
• Change your stride length.

But there's no such thing as changing stride length in the settings menu! 🤔

The "Menu" is the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the Exercise page.

When you tap on Activity settings, the Exercise settings page will open. "Stride length" is at the top of the page, above Weekly Exercise Goals. Tap on the text to open the Stride length page.

But when, on Fitbit app, I press the 3 dots at the top right of the Exercise page, I get the menu shown on the second screenshot below (Santé Connect)

Is that the only option you see when you tap on the 3 vertical dots? My app shows Activity settings and Manage data.

There is another way to get to the Activity settings:

• Tap on your picture/icon in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on Fitbit settings to open the Settings page
• Tap on Exercise
• You should see Stride Length on the Exercise page. Tap on the words to open the page where you can turn off Set automatically and manually enter your stride length

Oui c'est la seule possibilité. J'ai exclusivement l'ouverture de cette page Santé Connect. Je n'ai pas le choix des menus que vous évoquez
