Unable to communicate with charge HR

I recently received a replacement for my defective Charge HR. When I log in I get a message saying the email id is already registered. How do I de-register the old defective unit and register the new Charge HR using the same Android device and the same email id ? Or, do I have to use another email id ?

@SudhirSKulkarni, open the Fitbit app, and make sure you are logged in with the ID you used for your old tracker. Open "Account" and click on "Set Up A Device".  It will ask if this is to "Replace or add a device?".  Select Replace for the existing device. It will remove the current device and add the new device.
