New to fit bit bought a charge 2 and I can't get it to sync with my galaxy s7edge .. I have restarted the fitbit and turned the Bluetooth on and off and uninstalled and reinstalled the app .. The fit bit just shows the fitbit.com/setup on the screen and nothing else.. Any advise on what else to do

If you are seeing the setup screen on your tracker, @Stacyr22, you have not completed the setup and cannot sync it until the setup is completed. Check out this help article on setting up your tracker http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873
