After following set up procedure exactly and downloading app. , setting up account I am unable to complete the set up process. Continue to get the message unable to set up please retry. I have retried many times and still no luck.

Having the exact same problem. Friend of mine was having same problem as well. Fixed by wearing it while setting it up...It didn't work for me but you can try. Hope it helps. Good luck.

No prob, just trying to help. I'm so annoyed at this point. Left charging all night tried for last hour still nothing. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and anyone else out there.
