Fitbit flex

My fitbit flex is fully charged but the battery still shows empty on my phone. What can I do to solve this problem please ?

Hi, @Lilac3! Your battery meter on your app should update after you sync your tracker. If you're not seeing it, I would suggest trying to sync a couple more times. Finally, you can try closing and reopening your app.
