Unable to connect Spotify app with Versa 2

Good morning everybody,

 

It seems that the Fitbit app forgets my Spotify-account permission, which is the reason why I cannot connect to Spotify via my versa 2.

 

I could not see any post regarding this issue.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app on your Versa 2 and let me know if that works.

Hi @RicardoFitbit thanks for your answer.

 

I am using the Huawei P20 dual sim with Android 9.1.0.370.

 

The first time I encountered this "bug" was after first using the Spotify app on my Versa 2. Every time I try to connect to Spotify with my Versa 2, I cannot get a connection. Looking at my Fitbit App on my phone I see that my permission are lost -> It does not show my account.

 

As you suggested I re-installed the app -> with the same result.
