Hi @Karl7415, is the phone or device you are using Android 7 or above? 

My phone is only Android 5 so my playstore will only give me the highest compatible app version of 3.4.1. That means that I do not get any further updates, either automatically or manually.  Just wondered if this was behind your problem/question.

My phone is android 7.1.1 and it still won't sync. So I uninstalled to reinstall as I saw others doing.  Well it won't even let me download the app now!!!
