I have an a20, I can see calls, I've tested Alexa, but I cannot get spotify to sync to phone.
I've waited on line 3 times. From position in line at hi 30s, then get disconnected when it gets to single digits.

You're correct, the Samsung Galaxy A20 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services. However, this doesn't mean that you will not be able to use your Fitbit device at all but we cannot ensure that its features will work as intended.
