Why cant i connect my versa 2 to my note 8?

It's great that you have a Versa 2 and let me help you with your inquiries. Currently your Note 8 isn't part of the compatible devices list and this might be the reason why your watch isn't connecting correctly. Although we cannot guarantee that it'll always work, we can still try some steps together. First of all, verify the following requirements:

 

  • The Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  • The Fitbit app has been allowed to run on the background.
  • The location services and the Bluetooth settings are enabled.
  • There are other Bluetooth connections nearby turned on.
