Unable to connect fitbit surge with Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Dear Team,

 

I was using Fitbit Blaze and had connected in Samsung Galaxy S7. Later on gifted by Blaze to my sister and went for Surge. Used the same app and it was working until the Adroid software got updated. Post that am unable to sync and when tyring to repair the same it is not getting connected.

 

Please help.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Paresh.swain. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Surge is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, after these steps your tracker should work without an inconvenience.
