Welcome to the Community @Vivekselvadurai. The calories your Blaze calculates in any given time period will include not only the calories burned from exercise, but also your BMR calories that are the calories that your body burns just staying alive.
These calories are calculated based on the information you input when you set up your account like gender, age, height and weight. If you think your calories are too high, I recommend double checking these settings, including your units. For example, if you intended to put in that you weigh 140 pounds, and your Fitbit has it set as 140 kg, you are going to burn a lot more calories.
