Fit bit connected to versa not deleting messages

Hi @BettyCrocker, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa. If you refer to the notifications on your device, I'd recommend to try restarting your Versa by holding the left and bottom right buttons for 10 seconds. You should see a Fitbit logo displayed. Once this is done, swipe down on your device's display, scroll down and tap on "Clear".
