Hi, i have bought the surge, after installed the fitbit app, I follow each step to set up my surge, I found that my surge cannot receive any call notification from my mobile phone. I make sure that I follow all instructions to set up my surge.
Help me, please! Thanks

Do you have Android 5.0 installed on your phone? It is required for notifications. See the notation about your phone here.
