pairing Charge to Samsung 4 : pairing rejected by Charge

I have tried to sync my Charge to my Samsung 4 Android phone.  It says pairing rejected by Charge.  Can anyone help me figure out how to get it to sync?  Thanks!

@tholland Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Feel free to check all the troubleshooting steps to setup the tracker. It should work fine after doing this.
