I just got my fitbit in the mail. The app on google playstore will not download. I reset my phone, but everytime I go to select the fitbit app it wont let me press download.

Are you using a VPN or security software?

You can try once using Wifi and once using a Data connection in case the router has some filtering.

 

Normally a program that cannot be downloaded isn't visible, so as it is visible you should be able to download it.
