I have a Fitbit Sense and Galaxy S22. I am not able to download ecgs. My doctor has instructed that it is important that I do so in order for him to have diagnostic information. When will this issue be resolved?

Hello @suesail and welcome to the Community. I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit for your issue. This seems to be an ongoing issue for Android users. I will flag your post to see if a moderator can help you or give you an update.
What happens when you try to download your results? What do you see on your phone?

After several frustrating hours of doing stuff with directions that did not work, I finally discovered that if you push the fitbit sense button twice, the ecg will finally appear. Frustrating that instructions are so very very wrong.

Welcome to the forums, @suesail and @EarlyBird5124. @LZeeW Thanks for the help!
@suesail Thanks for bringing this to our attention. As our friend mentioned, our team is aware of this issue with the ECG reports and they're currently working to get it fixed soon. I understand how important this data is for you and appreciate your feedback. While I don't have a time frame, I'm keeping our team informed of the impact to you.
@EarlyBird5124 Thanks for joining this thread and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused. I just want to clarify with you that to access all apps installed on your Sense, you only need to swipe left from the clock face. On the other hand, you can personalize the button shortcuts to quickly access your preferred features, such as the ECG app. You can find more information here.
